Before all the glitz & glamour of the Bridgewater Book Fest begins, I am gathering all the necessary supplies for an outdoor festival.
The only thing missing from the picture above is the bungee cords that I have in my trunk of my car.
Overkill you say? Not if you have witnessed the terror of an author’s cardboard display take flight off their 4x6 table, knocking book marks & business cards to the floor in the wake of the devastation.
The truth is simple is better when it comes to an outdoor festival but signs are a must so they need to be fastened by any means necessary.
I just love the smell of duct tape in the morning!
